How to install ActPlane in Codex

Install check: Codex added its MCP server, but the command that server runs isn't installed in a clean setup. Install it first (see the README). (checked Oct 29, 2026, how we check)

Add it to Codex as an MCP server:

codex mcp add actplane -- actplane

Command copied from the repo README (Codex's `codex mcp add` adds an MCP server to Codex). Check the README for any API key or setup it needs. Source: repo README.
